DESCRIPTION & OPERATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Model SW-1 Bar Soap Stretch Wrapper is a manual unit designed to wrap with stretch film banded, bandless and different shaped soaps one at a time.
\nThe Operator feeds manually the film and the soaps directly into the stretching station and starts the stretching procedure by actuating simultaneously two safety push-buttons.
\nThe square shaped of 300 x 300 mm stretch film fed from reel is manually cut.
\nThe soaps and the wrapping film are lowered into the wrapping head by a pneumatic cylinder and the film is stretched on the top of the soap by using a manually activated iris.
\nA manually activated hot knife seals and cuts the excess film while the operator removes the cut excess film.
\nThe label has to be applied manually after the soaps has been discharged.
\nMost of the soaps can be wrapped with the size change part supplied with the machine. Additional size change parts (at an extra cost) are available for those dimensions and shapes that exceed the range of the basic size group.<\/p>\n
