MACHINE DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Model SW-15 Bar Soap Stretch Wrapper is designed to wrap with stretch film all banded, bandless and specialty shaped soaps.
\nThe Operator feeds the stamped soaps directly into the stretching station.
\nThe stretch film is fed from reel. A square shaped film of 300 x 300 mm is cut from the reel and\u00a0 is moved under the soap\u00a0 by a cam operated mechanism.
\nThe soap and the wrapping film are lowered into the wrapping head. During the transfer the film is pre-stretched.
\nThe wrapping head, with the soap inside, stretches the film around the soap using an iris.
\nA hot knife cuts the film and seals it. Two fingers hold, transfer and discharge the excess film in a tube connected with air ejector.
\nAn automatic labeller applies roll fed self-adhesive labels, on top of each soaps.
\nThe wrapped, sealed and labelled soaps are discharged onto an independent driven discharge conveyor.<\/p>\n
