MACHINE DESCRIPTION

The TW is a versatile multipurpose bar soap wrapping machine designed to wrap standard and hotel size soaps. The outerwrap  is heatsealable and the print could be registered or non-registered.
The TW with anunique, simple rotating folder wrapping system produces a very tight double point-end fold style wrap.
For rectangular banded shape soaps, the infeed system is a simple flat belt.
The machine could be equipped, as option, with a Pick and Place Turret with four suction cups in conjunction with a Pocketed Infeed Timing Belt for Oval shaped banded and bandless shaped bars.
Also a wrapping and sealing device for BOPP is available as option.

FEATURES

The basic machine is supplied complete with the following components:
– 90° bar soap transfer infeed group from infeed belt to the rotating folder ( tumbler).
– One reel holder for heatsealable unregistered printed outerwrap.
– One reel holder for innerwrap (stiffener) – required for bandless soap wrapping.
– One set of change parts (soap details to be specified in the purchase order).
– Bottom and side sealing with individual temperature controllers.
– Variable Frequency Drive with “soft start” feature.
– Outerwrap feed controlled by a “brushless” DC drives.
– PLC and Operator Touch Panel
– Wrapped product discharge with driven side belts.
– Manual centralized lubrication system.
– Quick and easy 30 minutes size changeover with minimum size part requirements.
– Manual jog for machine adjustment.
– Statistics of all the alarms and machine stops
