MACHINE PRESENTATION

Guerzè & Co took the decision to put into production a mechanical bar soap wrapping machine able to double-wrap (outer plus stiffener) both big toilet soap tablets and laundry ones; this was the consequence of the growing requests from the soap market for an high quality product but also economical, user friendly and easy to clean and easy in its maintenance.
Using its vast experience in the packaging field, our Company decided to follow the road towards simplification.
TWM is almost electronic-free, very sturdy and compact.
It’s very versatile, given the possibility to wrap soap tablets up to 300 grs in weight.
With its easy and unique wrapping system, the TWM produces a very tight double point-end fold style wrap.
Commercially speaking the new mechanical bar soap wrapper is very competitive: with a cheap price and simplicity it’s the ideal choice both for little to medium sized productions. Thanks to its 100 ÷ 140 pieces per minute productivity, the TWM is the ideal for soap bar plants with capacity up to two tonnes per hour.
Technically the mechanical bar soap wrapper can be equipped both with traditional wrapping system (paper outer warp plus carton inner wrap) or with welding of BOPP.
Since Guerzè & Co’s purpose was to reduce the final price, the print registration for the outer wrap device is an option.

FEATURES

The basic machine is supplied complete with the following components:
– One reel holder for outer wrap and inner wrap (stiffener);
– One set of change parts (soap details to be specified in the purchase order);
– Bottom and side sealing with individual temperature controllers;
– PLC and operator touch panel;
– Quick and easy (less than 30 minutes) size changeover with minimum size part requirements, no adjustments needed.

SAFETY SYSTEM

– No soap / no paper device;
– Overload protection;
– Plexiglas safety guards;
– According to IEC and CE Standards.
