MACHINE DESCRIPTION

The containers fillers/capper model TF-60, is an alternate motion machine, designed to automatically feed, fill and close all kind of jars and cans with several kind of products.
The machine has an infeed rotating table which feeds and moves the containers to a conveyor and through a rotating star, up to the filling station.
In the filling station a dosing system, which can be by volume (cup dosers, drawer doser or auger doser), by weight (electronic scales) or for liquids, doses the product in the whished quantity.
After filling, the containers move to another star to the capping station, where the caps are fed and put on the containers.
After cap positioning, a specific device can screw or press the cap according to the closure type. After capping the filled and closed containers move on to a line discharge conveyor.
All functions are managed by a PLC and by a check panel located on the operator side of the machine.
